The Boss B1617 Ergonomic Works drafting chair is built for tasks that call for a raised seating height, such as drafting tables, lab benches, reception counters, and standing-height workstations. A pneumatic gas lift handles seat height adjustment, letting each user dial in a comfortable position rather than working around a fixed height.
The contoured back and seat are shaped to support the body and help relieve back strain during long stretches of focused work. A 20-inch diameter chrome foot ring gives your feet and legs a place to rest at the elevated seat height, and it is removable when it isn't needed. The Euro-style 27-inch nylon base spreads weight across a wider footprint for added stability, while heavy-duty 2-inch dual-wheel nylon casters keep the stool mobile across the work area.
The chair carries a 275 lb weight capacity and is offered in four upholstery colors: Blue, Black, Burgundy, and Grey. It is MAS Green certified and meets the CA TB117-2013 flammability standard.
