When a growing San Diego biotech company built out a new two-floor headquarters for roughly 200 people, they didn't want five vendors and a finger-pointing contest. Miramar planned it, furnished it, delivered it, and installed it — height-adjustable benching, acoustic privacy screens, task seating, and mobile storage — from empty shell to finished rows.
