The Boss B6566AM-BK pairs a horizontal mesh back with an antimicrobial seat in a task chair designed around comfort and ease of use. At the core of the chair is a Synchro-Tilt mechanism that lets the backrest and seat recline in unison. The back tilts more than the seat to follow your body as you lean, and the tilt is tension adjustable so you can dial in the amount of resistance you prefer. An upright lock holds the chair in position when you want a fixed posture.
