The Boss B996 is an unassuming task chair engineered with as heavy-duty a design as it can get. It is made with top-of-the-line crepe material and built on a strong, sturdy 27-inch black steel base fitted with 2-inch nylon dual-wheel casters.
At its core is a heavy duty spring tilt mechanism that changes the angle of the entire seat relative to the floor, allowing you to transfer some of your upper-body weight to the backrest of the chair. A pneumatic gas lift handles easy height adjustments, while tilt tension lets you set the resistance of the tilt and an upright lock holds the chair in a fixed upright position when you want it.
Rated to a 400 lb weight capacity and finished with fixed arms, the B996 is a durable seating option for users who need a chair built to take heavier daily use.
